About
Hi, I'm Lena Torres. I run Lena's Paper & Press out of my garage in Austin, Texas — and I mean that literally. My press lives right next to my gardening tools, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I started this business because I believed that small businesses and creative folks deserve print work that actually feels like them, not like it rolled off a corporate conveyor belt.
My mission is simple: make beautiful, considered print that helps people show up with confidence. Whether that's a first-time business owner handing over a business card, or a couple mailing wedding invitations they genuinely can't wait for guests to open — that moment of pride is what I'm working toward with every project.
I care deeply about craftsmanship and the relationship between designer and client. I take on a limited number of projects at a time so I can give each one the attention it deserves. My clients aren't invoice numbers — they're neighbors, fellow creatives, and small business owners I genuinely root for. Most of them find me through word of mouth, which I think says everything.
I believe in clean design, honest materials, and local community. Austin has given me so much, and I love being part of its creative ecosystem — collaborating with makers, florists, restaurateurs, musicians, and everyone in between who is building something meaningful here.
